can a muslim man marry a non muslim in europe and also marry a muslim woman in bangladesh?

can a muslim man who loves a woman in europe and wants to marry her, also be married to a muslim woman ( the marriage was arranged). he loves the european woman and respects the muslim woman and is marrying her to keep him family happy. would this be legal or classes as bigamy?
